Laura was an outstanding Property Manager. Her knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of a Property Manager was excellent. She had a full understanding of the requirements and needs of the owners of a condominium unit, as well as those of the Board of Directors. Her attention to the daily maintenance of the Property, future needs of the Reserve Fund Study, Insurance against hazards and management of the Corporations budget ensured that the Corporation was in excellent fiscal condition. Laura has a very positive, professional and outgoing manner, that made her always able to overcome even difficult challenges. But one example was when our 68 units experienced a break in our water main, resulting in over 24 hours without water service. She was immediately able to find and engage a repair team – working around the clock, having an emergency water trailer delivered on site, and managing very concerned owners. I strongly recommend Laura Lindbeck to any corporation who wishes to engage a Property Manager. Laura was our fourth Property Manager and was our best to date, by far. She is professional and will make your Property better.
